The team were fantastic, courteous, and attentive, and we were delighted with both the restaurant and the thermal baths. The atmosphere was beautiful, peaceful, and so comfortable that we felt completely at ease. My wife and I spent our honeymoon there from December 29th to January 2nd, and we’d love to return. I rarely feel this comfortable somewhere, or recommend a place this highly. Apart from the weather on one or two days, it was a wonderful stay. The staff were excellent, and we had a relaxing two-night stay in Junior Suite No. 12 at Haus Roseneck. The location was perfect and the room was great. The bathroom could use some renovation, so we took off one point. We’ll definitely come back.

The service impressed us most. My wife and I have traveled together for 12 years and usually stay in 4- and 5-star hotels, but we’ve never had service this friendly and attentive. Warmest regards to the lovely Anne. We booked two days of wellness for our first wedding anniversary. The hotel was quiet yet central, making it easy to walk to the city center and thermal baths. It was very clean, and the rooms had everything we needed.

We stayed at the Landhaus Zum Heidewanderer and felt very comfortable. The quiet was lovely, and the rooms were soundproofed so we could really relax. Being so close to the thermal baths was fantastic. A heartfelt thank you to the whole team, who really pampered us, especially at breakfast.
