The fresh bread delivered each day for a small extra charge was a lovely touch. It’s a family-run place, with friendly tenants and clean, modern amenities. The surroundings are peaceful, and the price is low for what you get.

We’ve been coming back for 16 years, and once-a-year holidays here have become a must for us. It’s such a nice spot to relax and enjoy the time away. The rooms are very clean and the owners are really friendly. What more could you ask for?

We stayed at Haus Panny for a week last year and have already booked to return this year. The apartment was spacious, lovely, and clean, and the hosts were so kind and helpful. It’s handy for Austria, Passau, and the Bad Füssing thermal baths, and the bread roll service makes mornings easier. Definitely deserves its 5-star rating. Fam de Blaauw from Emmen, Holland

The morning bread delivery was fantastic, and the stay was excellent value. It’s a peaceful place to get away from everyday life, with Passau and Bad Füssing both easy to reach. Many thanks to the landlady for the wonderful time we spent there.
