Great atmosphere and amazing food.

The restaurant menu has very little variety, and breakfast was extremely poor. Staff chatted among themselves while food was missing from the buffet, and nobody refilled it. The waiters were extremely slow, too. Prices are much too high for what you get. I wouldn't come back to the hotel or restaurant.

The atmosphere and service were great, and the food was delicious and looked appetizing. I also liked how nicely decorated the restaurant is.

We visited at the end of November during Advent, with lots of snow, lovely walks, and plenty to do. We had a party night at the Wiesengrund Hotel, and the team made it a great evening. If you're in the area, go in for a meal and stay for the party. I haven't had such a good night in ages. They also have a camper stop with everything you need. Hope I can get back sometime. 10/10

It's a lovely place, but the manager kept jumping around and was rude to customers, which made us feel unwelcome. Because of him, we won't be visiting again.
