We stayed for a week with our family and two children, and we wouldn’t recommend the apartment. It’s just about acceptable, but needs renovation: the blinds are broken, so is the kitchen trim, and the bathroom looks like it’s from the 90s. On arrival, we found rubbish and old bedding lying around, and the place was very dirty. I contacted the owner, who had it cleaned and the bedding changed straight away.

It’s a large holiday apartment with good equipment, and we’ll definitely come back. The only small inconvenience for me was having to collect the key at the spa.

The Japanese-style apartment was lovely and very clean, with everything we needed. There was even a rice cooker in the kitchen. It’s very quiet around there, so we slept peacefully. I’d highly recommend it.

The apartment itself was lovely and very clean. The beds and mattresses were good, and we appreciated the high-quality tea left on the pillows. It tasted great. There was everything needed to feel comfortable in Apartment No. 9B3 on the first floor, though you have to take the stairs. We’ll definitely come back. The apartment isn’t wheelchair accessible because of the stairs, and the bathroom is too small and not accessible either. Finding the entrance was confusing. The access road looks like a private driveway, so at first we didn’t drive in. The entrance is through a courtyard, and we only worked that out after getting out to look for the house numbers. We arrived in winter during heavy snow, and neither the driveway nor courtyard had been cleared. We have an SUV; a smaller car might have got stuck and needed digging out. The parking spaces weren’t numbered or marked by apartment, so we parked in an open spot. At 8 a.m. the next morning, while we were still in bed, the cleaning lady rang and told us to move the car because it was a private lot. With all the snow, we wouldn’t have known where else to put it. We’ve read that other guests had the same parking problem even without snow. The tourism association, which owns these apartments, should address this better. There was no Wi-Fi, although it was advertised. The bedroom pleated blinds let light through instead of blocking it, and a streetlamp outside shines straight into the room. A blackout curtain or blind would help.
