I made good use of the Toscana Therme, which you can reach by lift and a short corridor, and visit several times during the day. Breakfast was excellent. The hotel is very well kept, so even the older rooms don't feel quite so old.

The room was spacious, clean, and had what we needed for a pleasant stay. The bed and pillows were comfortable, though there was some mold in the bathtub joints. Breakfast had lots of choices and was replenished often. The spa was amazing, with plenty of pools and spacious saunas, including outdoor areas.

The rooms are outdated and the price is too high. The beds and television seemed like they were from the 18th hundreds. I spent 3 days there, and the staff at the Therme were unprofessional and unfriendly. I wouldn't recommend the place to anyone at that price.

The rooms were okay and the staff very friendly, but I expected the water to be warmer. I started feeling cold after 5 minutes in it. The outside of the hotel looked scary, like something from a horror film, and really should be painted.

The pool water temperature was okay, though I'd have preferred it hotter. The hotel is generally okay, but the rooms look old and need redesigning and new furniture.
