The apartment is lovely and well equipped, just a few meters from the lake, where there are lots of family activities. I highly recommend it. Crossing the street outside was a bit difficult, though, because cars go by very fast even near the crosswalk.

The apartment was such a comfortable base for our family, with plenty of room, modern furnishings, and everything very clean. The two bedrooms worked well for families or friends, and the town center, shops, and restaurants are all close by. Lake Tegernsee is only a few minutes away on foot. The main road can mean some extra noise in peak season if you sleep with the window open, though it didn't bother me. We booked just a day before arriving, and the Zach family made it easy even though we never met in person. Their email covered the keys, underground parking, and the other arrival details clearly. We were very happy with the stay and felt at home. We’ll be back, hopefully for a full week next time instead of just a short stop on the way home. Thanks again for the quick booking and lovely place!
