We really recommend the Junior Apartment after spending three nights there. It had all the things we needed, and the setup showed real thought, from the fully automatic coffee machine and starter supply of beans to the dishwasher and tablets. The heated pool was a lovely extra. Mr. Wurtzer, the caretaker, was always reachable and glad to help with questions. The main issue was noise. A group of teenagers in the neighboring apartment partied until 3:00 a.m., and it sounded as if they were right beside our bed.

We had a great time in the Senior Loft on the second floor, where two families stayed for 11 days. The forest trails start right outside, and it was wonderfully quiet. The kids splashed in the pool while we dads grilled, and we had fun with ping-pong in the evenings. There's also a small grassy area with a swing for the little ones. The loft had a spacious balcony, sauna, two bathrooms, a wood-burning stove, a fully equipped kitchen, and a huge dining table. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The key safe by the door was a handy idea, since we could leave the key there instead of carrying it around. Rain kept us indoors a lot, which nobody could help, but the Wi-Fi was a disaster. Our devices kept disconnecting or losing the connection, and when we did get online the bandwidth was too low for YouTube to play smoothly. That was really frustrating in the bad weather. We'd still love to return. One small thing, there were no egg cups for breakfast eggs. We brought both that and the Wi-Fi trouble up at the final handover.
The owners were kind and attentive, and we were very happy with our stay. The house was cozy, the rooms well equipped, and the grounds lovely. The sauna was fantastic, and the pool was the reason we chose the place. The kids loved it. Nearby, there are beautiful mountains where you can drive up and hike back down, plus a lovely lake for boating. Best of all was the peace and the breathtaking view. We could watch the sun rise behind the forest in the morning, then see a beautiful sunset in the evening. We'd love to come back.
We stayed at the Arberloft with five children, and it was fantastic. The layout felt made for a big family, with a fully equipped kitchen, beds that worked perfectly for all of us, and a modern, thoughtful, family-friendly design. Whoever planned it clearly understands what families with children need. The terrace had loads to keep everyone busy: grills, ping-pong, games, loungers, soccer balls, swings, a sandbox, and more. The pool was spotless and well cared for, as was the whole property, and the sauna was top-notch. The caretaker was a real highlight, always friendly and available when we had questions. The Aktivcard also saved us a lot as a large family. Staying here was absolutely the right choice for us.
For a family vacation, this was a lovely place to stay. Our apartment was comfortable and nicely furnished, and we were greeted with a bottle of wine and plenty of useful information. Outside there were two swings for the little ones, a pool, barbecue spots, tables, chairs, and loungers. The caretaker deserves a mention, he was friendly, helpful, and quick to sort out any problems. One concern if you have children: the outdoor area isn't fenced, and there's a stream directly behind the house that's easy to access. Even so, we were very satisfied and would recommend the place.
