Suzie was such a welcoming host, very easy to talk to, accommodating, and able to speak English. We had four lovely nights and enjoyed both the town and her hospitality. The B&B is a ski chalet in winter, and it’s great value for the quality. Our room was spacious, very clean, and opened onto a terrace with a lovely landscape view. It had the amenities we needed and was cleaned daily. Breakfast was a good traditional German spread with plenty of extras. There’s no espresso machine, but the filter coffee each morning was great. The location worked well for sightseeing, about a 12-minute drive to Berchtesgaden center. The only downside was patchy WiFi, which isn’t ideal for remote work.

The children especially loved the playground and big trampoline, and there’s plenty of parking too. Susanne, the owner, was warm, helpful, and always available. She gave us lots of useful information about local sights and activities, which made planning outings much easier. We had a wonderful week at Sportpension Färbinger in Berchtesgaden. The apartment was very spacious, well equipped, and in excellent condition, and the whole house felt cozy and well cared for. It was easy to feel at home. The location is quiet and also convenient for exploring the region and its many attractions. We felt very comfortable and will definitely return.

The mountain view from our room was breathtaking, and after a busy day the swimming pool was wonderfully refreshing. We had a lovely weekend at the guesthouse. Everything was furnished with care, and the hostess was so kind. Thanks so much, we’ll definitely be back. Best wishes, Daniela and Jürgen

The heated pool and friendly hostess are two big reasons this is our first choice. The setting is quiet and idyllic, and the apartment is very clean and has everything we need. There’s even a bread delivery service. We’ve stayed here several times, and whenever we’re in the area, this is where we come. Highly recommend it.
