This building used to be a nice little print shop before it became an Airbnb style apartment. The streets on both sides are constantly covered with cigarette butts and rubbish, and e-scooters are left blocking the sidewalk. The guests staying here seem not to care about the local residents. The cleaning company also parks its van on the sidewalk, completely blocking the path. On top of that, the water was contaminated with Legionella.

I live at number 103, and people keep heading to the apartment building's main entrance instead of the apartment entrance. They stand there talking on their phones, roll their suitcases around, and leave rental scooters and bikes right in the way. Then they dump their rubbish at the bus stop. Does anyone even have a key to the garbage building? The place used to be a library in East Germany, then a youth club from 2002-2019, a printing plant from 2020-2022, and finally apartments after the property was sold. I may have the dates a little wrong, but they're approximately right.
