Hotel AVAlex

It’s a relatively safe neighborhood near Alexander platz, and the location is good. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and tidy, but we had constant trouble with the digital key. The app used to get into the hotel and room didn’t work well. We were there for four days and never once got in without complications. You can also hear all the noise from the other rooms.

The woman at the desk was very kind, and the service was great. Rooms are clean and looked after, and they replace the trash bag daily. The showers are shared, which is okay, but the water was either extremely hot or lukewarm, so you’d have to try a different floor. I’m tall, and the bed in the economic room wasn’t long enough, though it was still comfortable 👌

Everything was very clean, and we were happy with our stay. The hotel was handy for public transit and a few places we wanted to see, including the cultural brewery. The bathrooms are shared, but it was quiet enough that we didn't run into anyone else.

The staff really helped make the stay comfortable. They were friendly and professional, whether giving directions, suggesting nearby places, or bringing extra towels. The hotel itself was spotless, with modern interiors that felt carefully put together. I'd happily come back on my next visit.
