The breakfast buffet had a great spread of fresh, high-quality food, and the location made it easy to get to major attractions and public transport. Our room was spotless, modern, and comfortable, with cozy bedding and thoughtful amenities. I also liked the hotel's calm, stylish feel. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and ready to help throughout our stay, from check-in to check-out. We had a wonderful time at NH Potsdamer Platz Berlin and would gladly recommend it and stay again.

Jerome greeted us late on a Thursday and looked after us for the rest of our stay. Our room faced the garden and was very quiet. It was also bright and clean, with a huge king-size bed. I'm not sure how quiet the rooms facing the main road are.

The breakfast was beautifully done, especially the little touch with the fried egg. The hotel was clean and nice, and the service was great. Those small details really make a hotel feel special.

We were given a quiet room, and it worked out well. The rooms are good, and reception staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Nina and Andreas. The shower flow was quite weak, which is a shame, and I hope it gets improved. Still, we've had a lovely stay and found it good value.

The staff were professional and attentive, and service was efficient. Near Potsdamer Platz, the hotel makes it easy to reach Berlin's main attractions, shops, and public transport. Hotel NH Berlin Potsdamer Platz has spacious, modern rooms with quality furnishings, free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs, comfortable beds, and other amenities. There are also a fitness center, meeting rooms, and a stylish restaurant serving local and international dishes. It's an upscale, established hotel that combines comfort and convenience, and a good base for travelers who want a sophisticated stay in Berlin.
