A good low budget choice if all you need is a clean place to sleep overnight and you don’t expect a higher standard. The people around were good, and the price was reasonable. I’d come back.

I wouldn’t recommend it at this price. The location is poor, even though it’s on the outskirts, and there’s no air conditioning. Wi-Fi is practically nonexistent, so you’re lucky if your room gets coverage. Some downstairs rooms are new, but the bathrooms are unfinished and the refrigerator is worse than a car fridge. BB Hotel Potsdamer Straße or Flughaffen are cheaper and have air conditioning.

We only stayed one night, from about 1 a.m. until 9 a.m. The guesthouse is above a restaurant and was relatively quiet, with good public transport access. Still, it wasn’t clean. The walls looked like they’d only been patched and painted superficially, and it seemed as if the place had been cleaned with a pressure washer. Water had been sitting in the bathroom and part of the hallway for a long time, and there was a chlorine smell.

Our short break was a nightmare. The heating was broken, so the room stayed very cold, and nobody tried to help us. You’d better bring your own heater. It was also right by a restaurant and incredibly noisy until 11 p.m. The place wasn’t clean, and the bed was uncomfortable either.
