We paid €520.00 for four nights, and the place really wasn't worth it. The Wi-Fi barely worked, the TV was unusable, and there was no separate entrance to the unit. The terrace was shabby, the cupboards had no storage space, and even the kitchen scissors were broken. Inside, there was damp around the beds, floors that hadn't been mopped properly, dirty light switches, and plenty of overdue repairs. The stairwell was damp and musty too, with neighbors leaving boxes outside the apartment door for days. Bernauer Straße is historic and central, with cafes, restaurants, and a multicultural feel, but that location doesn't make up for the condition. Photos to follow. I stayed in September 2024.

We were pleasantly surprised by how well check-in was explained, and we really liked the bath. There were lots of plates and cups, though we could have used more wine glasses. They'd also left coffee, filters, salt, pepper, and oil, which was a nice touch.

We stayed in December and found the apartment warm and comfortable. The beds were especially good. Bernauer Strasse station is only a few meters away, with both the metro and tram nearby; cafes, restaurants, and late-opening markets are close as well. The bathroom fixtures could use an upgrade. The apartment itself was in good condition.

A good spot if you want an apartment feel and need to do laundry. It has the kitchen and bathroom and the other basics, though they're all a little dated. The location is great.
