The rooms are comfortable, though quite small and really better for two people per room. The station is very close, and the neighborhood has plenty of good local food and drinks.

There isn't a front desk, so if you miss the emails, you're in real trouble. Don't expect to open the windows, either. There was no A/C, and the hotel was noisy because teenagers outside were talking loudly. The area is low income, and you might see some faces you'd rather not encounter. This isn't a family hotel, and I won't stay here again, especially in summer.

The place felt sketchy. While we were parked, some people came and punctured our tires. Our room was on the third floor, the elevator wasn't working, and the place was very dirty. I'm not coming back.

The day before I was due to travel, I got an email saying my booking had been cancelled for nonpayment, even though I'd booked online and paid right away. Customer service admitted there'd been a system error and that they had received my payment, but the room was no longer available. They offered another room at the same price and called it an upgrade. When I checked online, though, it was actually cheaper than the one I'd paid for. I told them that wasn't acceptable, and they cancelled my booking and issued a refund. This shouldn't have happened. I was left without my room just one day before travelling.
