Kapuzinerhof

What stood out was how kind and accommodating the owner and staff were. I was unexpectedly short of money in a city where I didn't know anyone, and they let me check in and pay the next day when I could. The staff were professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. My room was immaculate, well equipped, and exceptionally comfortable. I can't speak highly enough of the empathy and service I experienced. That kind of flexibility is rare. I'd return without hesitation and wholeheartedly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting the area.

This is my preferred place for business stays in the area. It's five minutes on foot from town and close to local shops and restaurants. The rooms are modern and air conditioned, and the appliances are good quality. Staff are pleasant and helpful. Breakfast could have more variety, perhaps with the selection changing a few times a week.

The food was really good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Nice hotel. I'm looking forward to staying again.

For three nights, it was a good stay and an acceptable option for the area. Check-in was quick and friendly, and the clean rooms were a good size. Parking is available underneath or outside. WiFi was very slow, but breakfast had lots of choices and good coffee. The restaurant also has plenty of options, and the staff there were always friendly.
