Apartments Harz Panorama

We had such a lovely 14 days and would gladly return. There are plenty of places to visit nearby, so none of our outings involved a long drive. The apartment was spotless, had a fantastic view, and was equipped with everything we needed. We also used the pool almost daily, and the house has lots to do, including darts, billiards, and table tennis. Even when the weather wasn't great, we could keep busy and have a good time with the children. THANK YOU 😊

The construction noise was so disruptive that some guests were desperate and even cried, and the dogs staying there were frightened. We weren't told about the major work before booking, whether by phone, email, or on the website. The pool never got up to 28°C, usually reaching only 25°C at most. The apartments have the essentials but are sparsely furnished. The outdoor café plays only German pop. The whole experience was very unpleasant and didn't feel like a vacation.

The view from the ninth floor was stunning, and the apartment was clean, modern, in excellent condition, and had everything we needed. It was a peaceful holiday, with plenty to see nearby. For anyone who enjoys hiking, especially collecting stamps for the Harz Hiking Badge, this is a great base. We'll definitely return.

We'd gladly come back to the Panorama. Dogs are allowed, and walking and hiking paths through the park begin right by the hotel, so nature is right there. The Harz Mountains look lovely through the panoramic window on the ninth floor, and we enjoyed the balcony too. The price felt very fair. There was construction for a parking garage and parking areas in front of the hotel, but luckily our apartment faced away from it. On rainy days, we could use the pool, play billiards, or throw darts. The hotel is well located, with attractions easy to reach by car. The kitchen matched the apartment description, though it didn't have an oven or a range hood over the stove. For a week's stay, that was manageable.
