The breakfast was delicious, and the kind lady provided outstanding service. The hotel was good value and in an excellent location. One thing to plan for: reception closes at 7:30 PM, so if your flight is delayed and you’ll arrive later, you need to arrange how to get the key.

The people running this hotel are wonderful, and the breakfast was amazing. I came for a hot summer stay and only expected clean rooms and air conditioning, but got so much more. I’d come back whenever I visit Bremen again.

I stayed five nights in the penthouse apartment for a business trip. The room and breakfast were great, but what stood out most was the warm, heartfelt welcome from the front desk. The staff were so friendly, more than I’ve experienced at any hotel before.

It’s in a nice, convenient spot close to everything, but the rooms weren’t really clean and the staff weren’t very polite. The bald man at reception especially. We definitely won’t be coming back.

The suite was tastefully decorated, with a spacious, luxurious bathroom and a balcony looking onto the backyard. It’s only a short walk to the cathedral. In the morning, though, one stressed staff member was covering both the kitchen and reception, so they seemed understaffed.
