Right in central Cochem, with lift access, this modern, spacious place has a lovely balcony looking straight over the Mosel. Excellent.

Apartment IV in September 2025 was a real treat. The balcony had comfortable furniture and cushions, a lovely color scheme, and a direct view of the Moselle and vineyards. Inside, the spacious apartment was beautifully designed, with thoughtful lighting and high-quality furnishings throughout. Even the smoke detectors looked like design pieces. The kitchen was a dream, with good appliances and a cozy dining spot, and the bathroom had a walk-in shower, freestanding tub, and separate toilet. Everything was clean and equipped with more than we could need. The hosts were so kind and easy to reach. On arrival, we found homemade cake, fresh flowers, fruit, and a bottle of Mosecco. There was also a stocked wine fridge with bottles at very reasonable prices, plus lots of thoughtful touches. Booking through booking.com was straightforward, and the hosts had already been friendly in their messages. They remotely opened the spacious garage for us, which is well worth booking since parking in Cochem is very scarce. The elevator took us right up to the apartment. We had a garage remote during the stay, and the handover when we left was personal and helpful, even as we were driving out. Moselapart is the top address in Cochem for us, and we'll definitely return.

The terrace was the highlight for us, with the Moselle practically right outside and a lovely view. Coffee there in the morning and a cold beer in the evening made it easy to relax. The peaceful setting helped too. We stayed in the Moselapart 2 penthouse in Cochem from last Wednesday until yesterday. We felt at home straight away. The apartment was stylish and modern, furnished with care, spotless, and very well equipped. Nothing was missing. Our hosts were warm, attentive, and professional. They left us a strawberry and blueberry cake, cream in the fridge, and a chilled bottle of Prosecco. The cake was delicious, and we really appreciated that personal welcome. We had a wonderful few days and will definitely come back. For a comfortable, cozy place on the Moselle, this worked beautifully for us.

A lovely spot to stroll through and get something to eat or drink. The food was cheap, though the drink was darn expensive.
