Arthouse Apartments am Barbarossaplatz

I’ve stayed here many times for work and have always been happy with how quickly the team responds. They’re helpful and ready to find a solution, including when you need to extend at short notice. If your apartment isn’t available, they’ll find you another option. The apartments are spacious, nicely designed, and consistently very clean. For me, these are the most flexible, high-end furnished apartments in Cologne. Highly recommended.

The Arthouse team made an extension really easy. My apartment was already booked, but they quickly arranged another one and kept the whole switch straightforward from start to finish. I stayed in two of Arthouse's apartments, and both were great: clean, well located, nicely decorated, with well-appointed kitchens and bathrooms. The service was top class. I’d recommend them for a short rental in Cologne, whether you’re here for work or a holiday. Thanks, Arthouse!

The apartment was okay, though it could have been cleaner. The service after the rental was very poor. After three months of discussions, they still hadn’t returned our security deposit. They blamed their bank and want us to pay for an investigation into where the money they owe us is.

Maryna was a big help, and I had a great stay in Cologne. The location was perfect, the apartment had everything I needed, and the WiFi was fast. I liked having more room than a hotel gives you, especially with that comfortable boxspring bed.
