Hilton Cologne

The location is a big plus, right by the Bahnhof and Dom, with plenty of shops around. Breakfast was great and had lots to choose from, and the staff were generally friendly. The rooms are decent, though they could use an update. The bar and restaurant were good, just not amazing.

David at the main desk deserves a special thank you. He was thoughtful and kind when we had an issue, and sorted it straight away. We’ve travelled a lot around Europe, and he’s probably one of the best people we’ve dealt with. The room was wonderful, the hotel was great, and it’s just a stone’s throw from the station and cathedral. Highly recommend staying here.

The rooms were clean and perfectly adequate, with enough space even though they weren’t large, and the beds were quite comfortable. Staff were friendly and efficient. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, and the main station and Cathedral are only a couple of minutes away. Very recommendable.

Hanae and the whole team made our daughter’s 3rd birthday visit to Hilton Cologne something we’ll remember for a long time. They prepared a lovely surprise, and seeing her face light up meant so much to us as parents. It was the team’s care and attention that made the gesture feel so personal. The stay was comfortable too, and we’d happily recommend the hotel to families. We’re already looking forward to coming back.
