I arrived late at night, and Piotr at reception made check-in very smooth and took good care of our group. The front desk staff were really nice and helpful. The hotel is centrally located, with very clean, spacious rooms. The breakfast buffet had good options for different tastes and was available to guests until 11.

Piotr Keller at the front desk was an amazing host, respectful and kind, and made us feel very welcome on our business trip. The room and hotel were great, and the hospitality was excellent.

The breakfast had a big choice of good options for all tastes, and the hotel bar was great, with friendly staff. Oliver was super friendly. Our room was spacious and clean, and it’s less than a 10-minute walk to the centre. I’d highly recommend it.

A typical business hotel, with good rooms that aren’t perfect and a nice breakfast. The main issue was the room cleaning schedule: they cleaned every fourth day as part of some kind of environmental policy, though you could request an earlier clean. Nobody told us about this, which was the problem.

The in-room coffee machine was a nice extra for the mornings, though I couldn’t tell if it was espresso, cappuccino, or Nespresso. The hotel was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and the staff stayed professional throughout. The location was great, about a 20-30 minute walk along the river to Cologne Cathedral, which made for a pleasant route into the city centre. I really enjoyed my stay and would be happy to return.
