Schlafzimmer - self Check-in

After three stays, we've been faced with dirty conditions every time. Each time we were told it was an isolated incident, but that explanation is difficult to accept after it kept happening. We understand this is a budget place, but there should still be a basic level of cleanliness, and the conditions in the pictures shouldn't happen at any price. They did offer us another room in a separate building each time, and sorting that out was easy. That's the reason we're giving two stars. We really can't make sense of all the positive reviews.

We slept really well here. The place is modern, cozy, and set up in a practical way, with everything needed for an overnight stay. Breakfast is available at the bakery. If you're coming around Christmas, you'll need a reservation.

The apartment was clean, the phone service was friendly, and check-in took no time. It's in a quiet spot, just a five-minute walk from Dinkelsbühl. Perfect for a short visit. We'd happily return to "Schlafzimmer" in Dinkelsbühl.

We were there for a nearby festival, and the room was clean and suited what I needed. It felt a bit cold, though, with the concrete screed floor making things less comfortable. There's no on-site service, which is why I'd give it only three stars, but the check-in is extremely easy and the whole setup is well thought through. Solid hotel, and I would book it again.
