BRIGHT Dortmund City Center

The location was great, right in the city center, and the support staff were always kind and helpful. The amenities were good and the bed was comfortable, but getting into the building and our room was a real struggle. The arrow on the handle was completely erased, so we couldn’t tell which way to turn it. We spent 40 minutes on the phone with support before we got in. One keypad was in German and the other in French, so we had no idea what we were doing. At first glance the place looked clean, but up close there was dust on things like the coffee maker and kettle. There was mold behind the bathroom door, and the light above the shower was hanging off the ceiling. The fridge was dirty and the coffee maker leaked. My boyfriend and I stayed at limehome Dortmund last week. A lot seemed good at first, but the closer we looked, the more maintenance problems we found. To limehome: please hire better cleaning staff and check the rooms regularly, so the high price matches the quality of the service and room.
