a&o Düsseldorf Hauptbahnhof

My husband is disabled, and we both had a great stay. There were a few teething problems at first, but the staff stepped up and did their best to sort them out. Reception were kind, understanding, exceptionally friendly, and very helpful. I didn't learn everyone's names, but a special mention to Pasanti. Keep that lovely smile on 😊😊😊

Ata, the Front Office Manager, made a big difference to my stay at a&o Düsseldorf. Right from the start, he was welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful, handling things efficiently and making sure I was comfortable and looked after. You can tell he cares about guests and brings dedication and kindness to the front office. Thanks for the excellent service, Ata. I'd happily stay here again! ♥️

The bar has a nice atmosphere and serves Düsseldorf's special Altbier from the tap. The shared spaces are pleasant too. The staff are friendly, helpful, and just nice, as you'd hope from the stars. I'll definitely stay here again when I visit family next time.

I won't stay here again. There are plenty of other options. At 2 a.m., several people were laughing loudly in the hallway, then I heard people talking. Suddenly our room door opened and closed again. We'd turned the light off and were already in bed. We saw it happen and were shocked. A few minutes later we went to reception to ask how that could happen. They said security had been chasing a running man and opened the wrong door. Does that even make sense? They gave us free drinks as an excuse. There was also a problem with parking. I booked a space when I made my reservation two months earlier. When I checked in online and paid on the morning I arrived, the parking wasn't listed, which seemed strange. In the afternoon I asked the woman at reception about my reserved space. She said I hadn't paid and that, because they were busy, I no longer had a space. She was annoying and couldn't give a good explanation when I showed her my booking. She tried to blame me for not paying. In the end, it turned out the space hadn't actually been reserved.
