Adrett Hotel Königsallee

The room was comfortable and nice, especially for such a good price. What really made the stay was the receptionist's help: they let me in late after hours, then helped me get my passeport, which had arrived by post at the last minute before my flight. I'm so grateful for that. Thanks again!

The lobby was nicely presented, and the staff member we met was friendly. The room was another story: it felt dated, with signs of poor upkeep and visible paint stains that looked like unprofessional work. The bedding and sink seemed clean, but details were neglected, including a very dirty trash can and an old, moldy shower head. The carpets were cheap-looking and worn, and there were no slippers. For the condition, I found it overpriced.

The receptionists were extremely kind, relaxed and helpful, and they speak German and English. The hotel has had a real glow up in recent years, after the name changed and probably the owner too. The lobby looks good and feels comfortable, with tea and hot water available. You can also leave your luggage with the staff while waiting for a train. Rooms were clean and pretty good for the price, though the shower room had no curtain. It's about 12 minutes from the central station, 10 minutes from Medien Hafen and 7 minutes from little tokyo. The street has lots to discover, especially restaurants and sweet shops. I was very satisfied and would book again, particularly given how much the place has improved.

The location is really good. Rooms are very small, though that's okay for the price.
