Bismarck

I spent most of my time in the city, so my single-bed room was plenty for a two-night stay, even if it wasn’t anything like a penthouse. The room was clean, cozy, and quiet, and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was really great, with lots of options. The hotel’s close to the train station and city centre, which makes the location ideal. I strongly recommend it!

The hosts and service staff were very likeable and super helpful. The beds were comfortable, and the linen was clean with no strange smell. The bathrooms were mostly clean, and the bath accessories were nice. It’s surprisingly quiet at night despite being so close to the train station. I did notice black mould starting to build up on the shower tiles, which could do with a better clean. All in all, I’d recommend it to a weary traveller.

The location worked really well, with the station close by and restaurants nearby. Greeks may especially like the area, since it has lots of Greek stores. The room was warm and comfortable, and the staff were kind and helpful. The reception was actually staffed around the clock, unlike some other places nearby. The shower door was a bit troublesome, but otherwise everything was fine. Thanks for everything!

For what I paid, the four-night stay was excellent value. It cost only a little more than one night at a premium hotel. The rooms were comfortable, with plenty of hot water, and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good, especially the eggs cooked fresh to order, fried or scrambled. The rest was what you'd expect from a German buffet. The station is just a block away, which makes getting to the U-Bahn and S-Bahn quick, though the neighborhood isn't the best. The interior is showing its age a little.
