The gym was better equipped than I expected for a hotel, with a cable machine, treadmill, cross trainer, bike, some free weights, and a smith machine. There’s also a spa, though I didn’t have time to use it, and it costs an extra €10 per day. Breakfast had a mix of hot and cold dishes, including unusual choices like rice, reflecting the city’s Oriental area. We tried the hotel steak one evening; it was okay, but the quality felt a bit low for the price. I was there midweek in February with colleagues. My booked deluxe room wasn’t available, so they moved me to an executive room, which was a nice surprise. It was spacious and comfortable, with shower gel and shampoo, a coffee machine, iron, and hairdryer. The machine had coffee and green tea pods, but no decaf or way to get plain hot water, which I’d expect at most major hotels now. With the window shut, the room was almost silent and I slept without disturbance. Since the hotel is centrally located, though, the street noise meant I couldn’t keep the window open. The room was mostly clean, but there were little bits of paper and ribbon by the bedside table, as if that area hadn’t been vacuumed properly for a while. You can park beneath the hotel for €4.50 an hour. Elevators only let you access your own floor with your key card, which is a nice security touch. I’d stay again; my experience was positive, though a few small things could be improved.

The rooms were pretty warm at night, and the ventilation was poor in both rooms we had. We were two couples, and none of us slept very well. The coffee machine was hard to use, leaked, and couldn’t give us just hot water. The lobby bar and restaurant also closed earlier than we expected. The bar employee came across as pushy and didn’t make us feel welcome, so the hospitality wasn’t there. The location is superb, and the pool and gym are really nice. The room itself was alright. Personally, I’d choose the 'Me and All' hotel where we’ve stayed before, unless having a pool is what you’re after.

We had a great long weekend here in May 2026, and the staff were friendly. The hotel itself was nice and conveniently located. Our three-night stay was mostly very good, but the room had quite a lot of dust. We all woke up with stuffy noses, and it affected our sleep a little. Even so, we really enjoyed the visit and would still recommend the hotel.

The room was lovely and comfortable, and the staff were so friendly. After checkout, they looked after our bags while we spent more time nearby, which was excellent. The location was perfect, and my stay was trouble-free.

Everything else was fine, but the elevator setup was far too technical and failed a couple of times. I had to get my room key changed three times before I could use it, so it’s not a good system. Check-in also went wrong: even though I’d done everything ahead and had a QR code, I still had to queue at the front desk to pick up the key.
