Diana really stood out for her excellent service, and everyone else at the hotel was welcoming too. Breakfast had a few choices and wasn't crowded, and it was included in a good-value one-night stay. The room was pretty average and not spacious, with an old-fashioned wardrobe, but it was fine for one night. The location was handy, about three minutes from the station and close to the city centre and Little Tokyo. A pleasant short stay.

The room was just what we expected, and the beds were comfortable. Staff were friendly, and the hotel is within walking distance of most of central Dusseldorf and close to the train station. It was a good budget stay. When we arrived, though, the heating was turned all the way up while the windows were open, which seemed wasteful, so we switched it off since it wasn't needed.

Elisa and the other receptionists were really polite and friendly. The room was clean and smelled fresh. Such a great stay, I'd recommend it!

The shower and bath were difficult to use because the hot water kept fluctuating, took a long time to heat, and was hard to adjust. The bathtub's rotary valve has no markings, so it's unclear which way changes the flow or temperature and easy to turn it the wrong way. In winter, that feels like more than an inconvenience and could be a safety concern. The hot water system needs checking, and the valve should be easier to understand.

I slept really well, enjoyed the view and had a great breakfast. The room was lovely, and the welcome felt both warm and capable. The central location and fair price made the stay even better. Thanks to the team, I'd gladly come back.
