After three nights, it felt like home. The amenities seem a little dated, but the rooms are fully equipped and the beds are great. Staff were very friendly and breakfast was good. We were there for Euroshop, when all the hotels were overpriced, but at its normal rate this place is a real bargain.

The building is old, but the rooms are kept clean. The family running it were so kind and friendly, and even lent me cutlery when I bought food to eat in my room. Thanks again for the warm welcome and hospitality. Definitely recommend it!

The check-in was easy, and they give you a key to get back in. The outside door stays locked, which made me feel secure that people who aren't guests couldn't just walk in. It's right in the center, with nice people, and the breakfast is filling enough for this budget price.

The owner was very friendly and let us park for free in his lot, saving us a lot compared with the expensive garage across the street. For €55 we got a double room and good breakfast, which is hard to find. Room 41 was clean, including the bathroom, and the beds were a bit soft but we slept well. The shower curtain, though, was completely moldy and disgusting. Room 31 is better, so try to book that one. There's no elevator, so it may not suit anyone with limited mobility. If you're after a low-budget hotel with breakfast in Düsseldorf, I'd recommend it.

The woman looking after breakfast deserves five stars. The rooms, though, were dirty and uncomfortable. This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Only come if it's your last option.
