Sheraton Duesseldorf Airport Hotel

My assistance dog in training, Castiel, was welcomed so warmly. We both felt at home, and the hotel had even prepared a welcome for him, as the picture shows. The staff were professional, helpful, and good at pointing us in the right direction. Habib helped with breakfast, which was magnifique, and the food and room service were very good. The bed was awesome. With my muscle disease, a good bed matters a lot, and I slept so well without pain. There was also alarm security in the bathroom. I have nothing to complain about. Thanks so much to everyone at the Sheraton, you were all great. We'll be back next year, and I'm already looking forward to it.

For an overnight rest before or after a flight, the location is hard to beat, right at the airport and convenient for early departures or late arrivals. The rooms were quiet and comfortable despite being so close to the airport, with everything needed for a short stay. Check-in was efficient, and the helpful staff made the whole process easy and stress-free. A very nice option for air travelers.

You can enter directly from the terminal or train station, and the airport is only a couple of minutes away on foot. The hotel is clean and nice, and the staff are kind and helpful. There's a nice restaurant and a lounge where you can get something to eat. It's outside the city, but trains make it easy to get around, and the city center is 20 minutes away.

The airport location is excellent, but the property feels a little tired. The gym is especially dated, with very old Technogym equipment, some of it broken. Premium rooms are okay and nicely furnished, though the bathrooms are small. The club lounge offering is limited and basic, the wine is substandard, and breakfast in the lounge has fewer options than at comparable hotels. The lobby bar feels impersonal. It's the location that sells this place, but the experience doesn't represent the Sheraton or Marriott brands.
