The stairs are narrow, so big suitcases could be awkward, though we travelled light and had no problem. There’s no lift, which makes this a poor fit if you have mobility issues. You can’t get there by car, and the taxi dropped us about 300 m from the hotel, but that didn’t bother us. On the plus side, the location is perfect, everything was very clean and modern, and the manager, Ariel, was lovely and accommodating. He kept checking whether we needed anything. Room service was free, and the fridge was stocked with complimentary drinks and snacks. They also provided good-quality toiletries and slippers.

Right in the City Centre, the studio flat has a fantastic location. The room and bathroom were very clean. We found the fridge stocked with complimentary beer, juice, chocolates, coffee cream, and more when we arrived, a nice extra. Highly recommended, and I’d definitely stay again.

I expected more for what I paid. The place looks stylish and the location and amenities seem great at first, but the blinds on all three windows were broken, as was the side table. The bathroom sink was clogged, and the TV kept restarting and wouldn't work. The only heat came from a split-system air conditioner that kept switching off through the night, and it wasn't effective. I was very disappointed.

We had a last-minute health issue and provided the doctor's actual documentation. The response was so slow, and the lack of attention to us as customers was unlike anything I've seen. We'll never return or recommend this place to anyone visiting Dusseldorf. We've also worked in the hotel industry for 20 years, and we would never treat a customer this way in a similar situation. It was a serious failure of both humanity and professionalism, and a terrible commercial mistake.

The host was great, and I'd definitely stay again. The apartment was clean and stylish, right in the heart of oldtown, and snacks, drinks, and coffee were included.
