The staff were friendly and helpful, and I had a pleasant stay for my four-day trip. The room was small, but clean and comfortable, fine for a short visit with a single bed. Breakfast was the usual German style.

A location error in the Booking.com app led me to reserve the wrong place. I noticed right away, hadn't checked in, and contacted the hotel immediately, but got no response. I was only hoping for some basic communication and understanding, and didn't get either.

A few minutes from the central train station and lots of stores, the location is really convenient. The hotel isn't fancy, but it does the basics well for a fair price. My room was cozy, clean and warm, and the Wi-Fi worked fairly well. There were outlets by the desk and bed where you'd want them. The desk staff were very pleasant and helpful. It covers all the things that matter.

Just a terrible stay. There was one single duvet on the double bed, then they gave us a dirty double duvet and, after we complained, another dirty one. The room smelled bad and the shower was poor. Awful hotel.
