Hotel Rathaus 1910

The room was clean and well equipped. It has a family-run feel, and the service was decent. Breakfast wasn't offered, or at least it wasn't available during my stay, but there's a bakery nearby with what you need for breakfast.

It feels more like a hostel than a hotel, with a shared kitchen, no reception desk, and no hotel extras such as a fridge in the rooms. The area is noisy much of the time, though it quiets down for a few hours overnight.

The rooms are lovely, with high ceilings and clean bathrooms, and the whole place is well kept. Reception isn't staffed all the time, but if you share your arrival time, someone will be there. Things run on trust and are easy to manage. For the price, it's a great stay if you aren't looking for luxury. Thanks, I'd happily recommend it.

This is a charming hotel in a wonderful old building full of history. The rooms are spacious, pleasantly furnished, and have incredibly high ceilings. The owner is very kind and helpful. There's a bit of a haunted-house atmosphere, though it's a real gem, almost like a setting for an Agatha Christie mystery. 😉 It's not a luxury hotel, so the rating makes sense for its category.
