Hilton Frankfurt City Centre

I stayed four nights in May and would definitely come back. The location was wonderful, near shopping, restaurants, transport, and more. My Executive twin room was large, with comfortable beds and a nice city view. Housekeeping was very efficient. The lobby bar was a highlight, with excellent food and cocktails, especially the cheese platter and hugo spritz. The wait staff and bartenders were friendly and attentive.

I just wrapped up a terrific 20-night stay at this Hilton Frankfurt City Center. The location is fabulous, and I can happily recommend it for a stay of any length. My one-bedroom suite had plenty of space, though the living room was missing a window. The bed was great, with a nice firm mattress, and the living room furniture was comfortable. A dedicated, accommodating staff kept the room super clean. The restaurant was okay, and the included breakfast was very complete in the standard German way.

It’s an easy walk to the old town and most places you’d want to visit, including the Christmas Market in season. I’m a Hilton Diamond Member and stay at Hiltons all over the world, and this is one of my favorites. The staff are always exceptionally welcoming and friendly. Inside, the architecture feels open and bright, with lots of natural light and comfortable lobby and bar/cafe areas. The rooms are nice, and breakfast is excellent. The fitness center is the Fitness First public gym next door, connected internally, which is perfect for those of us who like to work out while away.

The room was large and comfortable, and breakfast was wonderful, with plenty of choice and good quality. The staff were helpful. The lounge, though, was too small and useless. The location is nice: the S8/9 go directly to the airport, the station is under a 10-minute walk away, and the subway is about three minutes away.
