Being close to the metro is a plus for the room we stayed in. The service staff were somewhere in the middle, but overall the place is worth a chance.

I went in to ask for a copy, and they said it would cost 10 cents. When I explained that I only had a 100 Euro note, they told me not to come back. There wasn't a copy shop nearby and I had no other money. Hard to believe a hotel would throw someone out over not having 10 cents. The service was poor and disappointing, and they also called me „darling“ and „honey“, which I found impolite and inappropriate. Awful staff.

The suite was clean, the hospitality was good, and breakfast was simple but delicious. We had a very good time here. The location makes it easy to get around: the subway and bus stop are right in front, and you can walk to the historic museum, riverside, iron bridge and Zeil ave for shopping. There's a supermarket nearby where you can pick up food for lunch and dinner.

The reception is quite hard to find. The facade is being renovated now, and the building will become a fitness studio.
