The location in Frankfurt is really good, and the rooms are nice and clean for the price. Staff were very friendly. I'd recommend it.

My stay at the Hotel-Pension Altes Zollhaus was disappointing. The room wasn't clean enough, I found insects, and it didn't seem to be cleaned regularly. In the public areas and parking lot, I had the impression there was excessive camera surveillance, which left me uneasy and anxious. I also had the impression that unauthorized people were checking rooms while guests were away. I couldn't find the peace and security I needed to relax.
