10/10
Being near the river was lovely, and I enjoyed having an easy place to go for a refreshing walk. A grocery store was just 2 blocks away, and the train station took 9 minutes to reach. I stayed at the Ibis Centrum for 7 days in January. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the one cleaning I requested was done well. Staff were fine, though not particularly friendly or helpful. A kettle with tea and coffee in the room would have made my stay better.

Breakfast was a letdown, with a very limited spread and the same selection every day. The rooms were surprisingly small, even by Ibis standards, despite rates higher than most 5 star Accor properties. There weren’t even basic items like shampoo. The staff, though, were great.

The standard room had a good view, though space was a little tight, which was the only issue. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and it’s right next to the min station. Staff went beyond what they could manage to help us. The bathing area had no soap because the dispenser was empty, even after we asked housekeeping.

The lobby bar is the real highlight, with a nice atmosphere and a complete menu. Daniel was the best barman, friendly and attentive even when the bar was busy. He suggested local beer and something to eat. Well done, Daniel! Rooms are like other ibis hotels around the world, and breakfast is really good. I love the waffle machine.

8/10
The staff were great, breakfast was good, and the location was nice, near the underground/train station with a bus stop close by. It’s next to the river too, which is beautiful at sunrise. Our room was tiny but clean and nicely decorated, with a full size bed for two people. The bathroom was ultra small, and you had to walk sideways to fit.
