My suite had a patio at the back, and it was so quiet and serene that I really enjoyed spending my 5 days there. The room was very clean and orderly. Breakfast was excellent too, with freshly squeezed juices, lots of choices including eggs, ham, cheese, bread, fruit, yogurt, and espresso. Coming from the USA, I had questions and needed help figuring out what to do next in the city. The staff were always there for me, friendly, generous, and helpful. Thanks to Ana, Laura, the ladies from Ukraine, and the hospitality team for making my 5 days at Living Hotel Frankfurt in Germany such a beautiful, memorable stay. I was very pleased with the suite and would definitely stay again when traveling to Germany. Highly recommended!

I saw staff in the lobby mocking some people who were very obviously not white. They were grown men, laughing and whispering while staring at them, and it was really uncomfortable to watch. That kind of behavior is completely unacceptable from staff. Everyone deserves to feel welcome and respected in a hotel. It ruined the vibe for me and made me not want to stay here again.

I've been coming here twice a year for the past three years, and I can't recommend this Hotel enough. It's in a desirable spot, just a few kilometers from downtown Frankfurt, with a grocery store and coffee shop next door. The rooms are comfortable, and I like the free Chocolate and beer in the mini-fridge. Breakfast in the morning is exceptional too.

The free beers and chocolate were a really nice touch, and I loved the big TV screen. It was comfortable and had exactly what I needed for my business stay.

I work from hotels a lot as a digital nomad, and this was my first stay at this property. It exceeded my expectations. Check-in was easy and my room had what I needed. The TV and desk setup in my apartment wasn't ideal for long work sessions at first, but after I mentioned it to reception, the whole team, including technical staff, reception, and their manager, immediately tried to find a fix. They brought me a perfect working table, and I was able to work comfortably and productively. Everyone was consistently welcoming and friendly. Thanks to all who made the trip special. I'm already looking forward to a longer return stay in this place that really feels like home.
