I had a serious allergic reaction during my stay, with shortness of breath, likely due to mold. Before I even asked about mold, staff immediately denied that any was present, which was a red flag. They wouldn’t move me to another room or offer compensation. Instead, they said they had “upgraded” us, but it was the exact room we’d originally booked. The manager promised to resolve it, but three weeks and 4 follow-up emails later, I still haven’t received a reply. I specifically requested proof of an inspection and got nothing. The response was dismissive and unresponsive, and they didn’t take my health complaint seriously. I wouldn’t stay here again. Avoid this hotel if you have allergies or health sensitivities.

Very noisy room, tiny towels, a blocked toilet, and dirty floors. Such a bad, filthy experience. No one should book this place. I had a very bad experience.

The location is the one good thing about this hotel. Everything else was bad, and the rooms smelled.

For the price, it felt very safe, and the people were friendly to me. It costs much less than the other hotels nearby. The only issue I noticed was that the towel smelled like spices. I guess they wash them with other clothes.

Our train got canceled, and at 5 in the morning this was the only place with rooms available. The location is great, but the room and furniture were dirty, and the room was infested with bedbugs. I don’t recommend staying here.
