The rooms and the rest of the service were flawless, and I really wanted to give five stars. But the booking experience and WiFi got in the way. I said I’d arrive around 6 PM and was told check-in was subject to availability, even though I’d booked a room and check-in started at 3. I also booked through booking.com, but my card was apparently declined, despite using it for all my payments in Germany. My card company never notified me. At arrival I was asked to pay, then a couple of hours after checking in and paying, the app sent a worrying message saying my non-flex booking would be charged to the card and I shouldn’t pay in person. The WiFi was atrocious. I changed rooms because of it, but it was still poor.

We were in Frankfurt for the Christmas market, and having an underground station nearby made getting around the city easy. The staff were especially friendly and helpful, and check-in was seamless. Our room was quiet, practical, and had very comfortable beds. For the reasonable price, it was a fantastic-value stay for my wife and me.

The neighborhood was quiet, and having the mall nearby made it easy to pick up groceries and food. Staff were very helpful and polite. We could walk to Römerberg, the Hauptbahnhof, and even the Palmengarten. The beds were comfortable, though the room felt a little warm for us since we like sleeping in the cold.

The hotel has a good private parking garage, and I appreciated that it’s eco-friendly. Around it there are green spaces, coffee shops, restaurants, and a shopping centrum, in a clean, quiet area with a beautiful view. The hotel itself was cozy, modern, and very clean, and the staff were kind and helpful. Everything was perfect.
