The studio-like room was spacious and easy to keep clean, and the shower had genuinely strong pressure with water that could get properly hot. Housekeeping seemed to come only once a week, which makes sense for longer stays. I was there for three nights, but this setup would suit a few weeks in Frankfurt too. The price felt excellent for what you get. It’s not central, though transport is straightforward: buses 37 and 87 stop right outside, and the light rail and S-Bahn are a short walk away, with quick trips to Hauptbanhof. A supermarket and restaurants are each about a 15-minute walk. Staff were friendly and efficient at check-in and check-out, and greeted me whenever I passed through the lobby. There’s also a lobby laundromat with three washers and three dryers, paid online by QR code, €5 to wash and €4.50 to dry. I was very happy with the stay and would come back.

The price was good, but the kitchen setup was barely enough to eat with: two small plates and two sets of cutlery, with nothing to cook in or use for serving. I had to borrow a breakfast bowl just to have cereal in my room. Getting around also took some walking, about 15 minutes to the nearest S-Bahn and tram, and another 15 minutes the other way to a decent supermarket.

My favorite stay so far. It felt like a high-end hotel at a budget-friendly price, with cozy apartment-style rooms, a great location, and really friendly, accommodating staff. I’d happily recommend it.

I’m very disappointed. The reception gave me wrong information about parking. I offered to pay for parking for my whole stay, but the system showed only three days. I raised the issue and was told it was fine. Weeks later, the parking company charged me a €262 fee. I’m pursuing the matter with the German authorities too. It looks like fraud to me, though that’s my impression. I couldn’t get help in English from either reception or customer service. The railway noise was really bad, and the connection to the city was very poor. I would not go here.

The room and bed were so comfortable, and everything was very clean. It felt close to an en-suite experience, with privacy respected, and getting into the center was easy. There is a disco near the building, so Friday and Saturday nights had some noise, but it stayed more like background sound and wasn’t too disruptive.
