The apartments are modern and have what you need, from a microwave, dishwasher and iron with ironing board to cutlery. There’s also a shared laundry room. Across the road, residents can use the gym and common areas, including table tennis. The location worked really well for me, just a minute from Miquel-adickesallee stop, a seven-minute walk to Frankfurt School and 15 minutes on foot to Goethe. It isn’t cheap, but the location and apartment quality make the price reasonable for Frankfurt. All costs were stated upfront, and my security deposit came back within two weeks.

I lived at the flag first M for four years and had a great experience. The location is convenient, with several bus and U-Bahn lines nearby. My room was spacious and cosy, and the bathroom was big, with a large shower. The place was kept very clean, and management made sure we had proper safety and comfort. The First M staff were friendly and helpful, always getting back to me and offering assistance. I’d recommend the flag for either a short or long stay.

The apartment allocation process for prospective tenants is extremely unclear. The receptionist, who was quite impolite, said there wasn’t even a waiting list. I won’t come back. ilive is much clearer and better.

Really clean, thoughtfully designed apartments, and the gym is a great bonus. I also had a lovely view over Frankfurt.

Such a friendly, energetic and helpful team. They answered all my questions when I needed help, and I’d be happy to recommend them in future. Thanks! 😁💯
