Dinner was a lovely blend of regional food, quality, and atmosphere, with a touch of class that still felt humble. Breakfast at the restaurant was excellent too. We were also impressed by the beautifully decorated, comfortable rooms, the relaxing setting, and the very friendly, efficient staff. The Hotel exceeded our expectations.

This brings together tradition and modern touches in just the mix the Black Forest region needs to raise its local tourism standards.

We celebrated our wedding at this beautiful location, and the friendly staff made it even better. The service was great. Johanna especially stood out, she was such a pleasant person and speaks English really well. Give this girl a raise! Love, the couple from "nearby Maastricht"

If you’re planning to eat at the restaurant, book your dinner times when you reserve the room. Tables fill quickly, and otherwise you might end up dining at an odd hour. We thought including dinner was the best choice after reading other reviews. The food was A+++, really exceptional. Ordering à la carte without dinner in your package could get pricey, so I’d include the top notch breakfast and sumptuous dinners. We loved the two bedroom suite, with its newly renovated rooms, stunning countryside views, and a wonderful balcony. The pool was clean, had plenty of loungers, and was long enough for a few laps. With a great view and incredible food, it’s a perfect place to relax for a few days.
