Raps Freiraum

The Raps family are always around if you have questions, and their tips and practical help made for some really pleasant conversations. The apartment has everything for cooking and unwinding, and it feels like coming home. We've stayed here twice now, this time in the Müller-Thurgau holiday apartment over Christmas, and both visits have been lovely. We had a very relaxing stay and enjoyed the beautiful weather with coffee and a book on the sun terrace. The view over the Main River toward Ochsenfurt and the horizon was completely open, with fantastic sunrises and sunsets. The apartment itself is fantastic, and the restaurant serving Franconian specialties is highly recommended. Würzburg is close by too. We don't drink wine, but still enjoyed the ambiance. I wholeheartedly recommend the apartment. It's a shame the vacation is already over.

The cooperative's wines are worth recommending too. We liked our favorites enough to take three cases home. As for the apartment, it was beautiful, roomy, spotlessly clean, and well equipped, and the landlords were very friendly. We can't make sense of the negative reviews. Maybe someone had the wrong address...

There was lots to explore nearby, from walks along the Main to trips into the region's picturesque wine towns. We also enjoyed a glass of Franconian wine on the terrace. Back at the apartment, everything was clean, lovingly furnished, and there for a relaxing holiday. The location is quiet, with a fantastic view of the surrounding vineyards, just right for switching off. The Raps family made us feel welcome from our first greeting until we left, and they were warm and accommodating throughout. You can tell they care about their guests. We had a wonderful time and would love to come back. I can recommend the holiday apartment.

We had beautiful bike rides along the Main every day in the glorious weather, and the hostess welcomed us warmly and shared lots of useful tips. The covered terrace has magnificent views over the vineyards and into the distance. Inside, the apartment is cozy and spacious, with everything you need. We felt very comfortable and would gladly return.
