For the price, this place is hard to beat. The rooms were clean, the owner was very welcoming, and having self-catering suited me fine. Nothing to complain about.

The room was filthy, and we were treated more like people in debt than paying guests. We asked the owner for a vacuum so we could clean it ourselves, but they yelled at us to leave and insulted us. The place feels stuck in 1982, and the owner came across as drunk and incompetent. If negative ratings were possible, I'd give this hotel one.

I was traveling on my own as a woman and felt genuinely scared. I got there in the evening and waited nearly half an hour. The other reviews match what I experienced.

The room was decent, and I appreciated having a balcony where smoking was allowed, though the blinds didn't work. The hotel looks a lot better inside than it does from the outside. Being right on the main road takes a little getting used to, but everything else was excellent and I'd recommend it.
