The host was really nice and gave us information whenever we asked. It’s a great place to relax, with quiet surroundings, good views and spacious rooms. Parking is tight, and no toiletries were supplied, just towels, so bring your own soap and shampoo. Also, the property only takes cash, which wasn’t mentioned. I wasted $50 on a wire transfer.

We had a wonderful long weekend and would love to return. The apartment was equipped to a high standard, and the swimming pool was a welcome bonus. It’s a really great place, with mountain views and amenities close by. Highly recommend!

A lovely little hidden getaway for a weekend in the mountains. The welcome to Bavaria was warm, and I’m already looking forward to coming back to this beautiful place.

The location is amazing, just a few minutes by car from Eibsee and Zugspitze, but the rooms were average and the service below par. The room was large enough, but the toilet seat shifted from side to side because it wasn’t fixed properly. The shower barrier was so narrow that the whole bathroom got wet whenever someone showered. The room door locked automatically, and I accidentally locked myself out. Nobody answered the office phone during work hours or replied to messages through the Booking dot com app. Eventually we reached the cleaning lady, who got hold of someone with a key. They arrived quickly, but as they left, we were told not to forget the keys in the room again. Really? The following evening an elderly couple knocked on our door because they couldn’t get into their apartment and no one answered the office phone. Their situation sounded much like ours, so this didn’t seem to be a one-off. For reference, we stayed from Oct 4-Oct 8, 2022.
