Carat Residenz-Apartmenthaus

Top!

We stayed in the 51 sq m corner apartment, which had everything we needed, and the spa area was excellent. The location is great, too. The only issue was the noise from the street intersection, which kept us from opening the window at night.

The staff deserve a special mention. Reception, restaurant and bar service, and the room cleaners were all friendly, which made us feel welcome. We’d gladly return. The hotel is right on the beach. The renovated rooms are in great condition, very spacious, and have a comfortable seating area. The small bathroom with its rain shower never felt cramped, and everything was impeccable. The large, well-kept wellness area has an indoor pool, several saunas, plenty of loungers, and fresh towels. We didn’t lack for anything.

The apartment was modern, bright, and pleasantly surprising, with a well-equipped kitchen and very good Wi-Fi. We especially liked the spa design, the massage, and the bar staff’s friendly service. The sauna’s outdoor area could be more comfortable, though. The bar is nicely decorated and shows football. We didn’t try the restaurant. Checkout was a little confusing because the apartments aren’t officially part of the hotel, so the bill is split. Still, we were very satisfied and would gladly return. Highly recommended. The beer was a nice deal too, 0.5 L Holsten for €1.80 👍.
