The room was a decent size and came with a sink, fridge, kettle, and microwave. Parking was hard to sort out because the owner lets clients leave their cars there while they travel. The bedding was uncomfortable: very thin, non-cotton sheets and a pillow stuffed with bits of foam. It was nearly 11 pm, so I didn't feel like asking for a different pillow. The key setup is odd. You have to lock the door with a key, then find another slot in the dark to turn on the room's power. It seems to be family-run, so don't expect standard hotel service or amenities. The man who checked me in was really friendly, though he spoke only a little English. One thing to know about the bathroom window: the lower half is mirrored. At night it may look like nobody can see in, but people outside can see through while you can't see out. Close the electric shades. Calling directly may save you money. Booking.com quoted €140, while my direct rate was €90.

We were three, and the huge, very clean room gave us plenty of space. The location worked perfectly for our last night before an early flight from MUC. There was plenty of parking for our rental car, and an airport shuttle is available if you need it. I had pictured a regular hotel, but this is more like a large house converted into rooms, so that part was my own mismatch in expectations. It's in a residential area, with no restaurants within easy walking distance. Google Maps showed about 13 minutes, but it gets dark after hours because there aren't many streetlights. Driving to somewhere to eat would probably take at least five minutes, by my guess. I'd recommend it for being close to the airport.

We called the place to book a family room for five. It was about the size of a small flat, with lots of space even after setting up two baby cots, which was really convenient. Breakfast was okay, and the coffee was good.

We finally got some peace and I slept well. The room was clean and good, and the night staff were polite and to the point. Our flight had been cancelled at the last minute, and the Lufthansa staff left without taking care of the passengers. Every airport hotel was full, so we were lucky to find this one a little farther away and much cheaper.

The place seemed clean, though it could use a bit of maintenance. Cigarette smoke smell was noticeable throughout, including in the rooms.
