The location is excellent, the rooms are good and have facilities, and the receptionist was courteous. I’d recommend the place for a short stay. What bothered me was the checkout: before it was even 30 minutes past checkout time, while I hadn’t gone to check out, the cleaner used another key, moved all my belongings and valuables into a corner, and started cleaning. I don’t know if it was because I’m an immigrant, but I did wonder.

Everything about the room was perfect for me except that there was no minibar. The shower was so good that it made me rethink my preference for baths, and the room was better than some five-star resorts I’ve stayed at in Tenerife. It’s the best hotel I’ve ever been to.

The main room is furnished comfortably, and the hotel has a lovely courtyard and hall. Breakfast is tasty, and the sauna is decent, if not outstanding. Double rooms come with kitchenware, so buying ready-made food at a supermarket can make dinner much cheaper. Wasserturm and Pauluskirche are nearby. The bathroom is roomy, but the shower stall and sink are small, and there’s only one little shelf, so there isn’t enough space for toiletries.

The rooms are lovely and the hotel is right in the city center, so I’d recommend it for a pleasant stay in Halle (Saale). Everything was clean, the internet was excellent, and the staff were exceptionally kind and professional. I tried hard to find something to complain about, but couldn’t. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in.

It’s in a quiet spot, a little way from the city center but still walkable. Our room was clean and pleasant, with a small kitchenette, stove, utensils, and a kettle. The bathroom was spacious, the shower worked fine, and everything else did too. We didn’t order breakfast, so I can’t comment on it.
