I walked into my room one evening and found someone else already in it. The hotel was fully booked, and nobody helped me get another room or find a different hotel, or offered to cover any costs. After a month of calls to customer service, I still haven't received a refund. Absolutely disgraceful. Stay away!

Nice apartments with all the equipment you need, and a great alternative to Hamburg's expensive hotels. Thank you!

Mr. Debes even got in touch after we had left to pass along letters that arrived for us. We were in Hamburg for 1.5 months after moving there in February 2022, and Cube Apartments made the stay work out really well. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed, including the option to register for our documents. I was unsure at first, but the reasonable price, good location, and reliable internet all helped. Thanks for the thoughtful follow-up.
